General Discussion - Problem with sounds files etc

So I'm unable to play expansion sounds using firefox due to a problem with Flash. When I try to log into my account using IE, where the sounds work, I get a message saying "you don't have permission to view CRM." I have no clue what this means but it blocks me from logging in. Help from the staff would be really appreciated. Thanks.
