Groups - Dr House Speaking Mandarin
Hugh Laurie who plays House speaks a little bit of Mandarin in this episode (Season 2 Episode 18).
I couldn't find a clip of just that bit so here is the whole second half of episode, the scene is at about 14 mins in.
It's subtitled as 恭喜你快当祖母了, which translates to 'Congralutions, you're soon to be a grandmother'.

Bazza--thanks for this post. I had never heard of Dr. House, but this clip hooked me and I'm going to try to watch it regularly (probably online because I rarely remember to turn on the TV). Thanks for this and for the hundreds of other leads I've gleaned from your countless posts.

Yeah, it's a very good series. I started buying it through itunes about a month ago and now I'm already on season 3.
The show title in Chinese is 豪斯医生
