calkins - Looking for a Female in Manila who Speaks Fluent Cantonese & Mandarin

This is a paid gig. 

A fellow coworker is looking for a woman who speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese to do voice recordings for a Fortune 500 company.  It's important that she doesn't have an accent and that she lives in Manila, Philippines where the studio recordings will take place.
