Chinese Slang (possible mature content) - 反动 or 反动份子 (reactionary)

That's not a real slang word but 反动份子 (fǎndòngfènzi) when used satirically by a westerner seems to be quite disconcerting. Besides its original meaning I wonder what could be its modern meaning ?

eg: 你这个反动份子 !
