General Discussion - Step-by-step Vocabulary Manager instructions

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create a new vocabulary set in vocabulary manager? I can create a new label, but importing my existing list of words into the new set label isn't clear.  Any step-by-step instructions are greatly appreciated.
