I did the same a few hours ago, and chanelle has just done the same as well. I know I pressed the button twice because it didn't seem to be responding - the usual indicator at the bottom of my Firefox page showed nothing. I wonder if this is a new issue that needs fixing - we need some feedback immediately we press the button.

yes, I accidentally did the same and tried to remove my double post, but could not find a way to do so :-). Exactly, there seemed to be no response and that is why I pressed the button twice. Normally I'm more impatient and could have pressed 7 times....

I havn't seen your post otherwise I would have replied to yours instead of making a new topic. Is there a way to delete my own topics? I can only find the delete function for posts that are in a topic but not for the topic itself.

Think this is what you're looking for:

谢谢你. Although I don't get it. Maybe they have changed something. I can't find the function that is discribed in the discussion your link guides me to.

mo_han I guess you're not the only one. Did you read the ensuing conversation between Bababardwan and RJ?

Thanks for highlighting this problem. The tech. team is looking into it and we'll let you know when it's been fixed.

Fixed! You will now see a success message after clicking "post to conversations" just once. Also, we've added the edit feature (the pencil icon) so you can "unpublish" your post (effectively deleting it). Publishing it will make it visible to everyone again.

Hi Catherine, I think there are some other people who would like to know that this has been fixed. An announcement in General Discussion would get seen by more people.
Same with the Grammar Guide blog post announcement. I don't know how many users regularly check the blog for updates. But currently fewer than 60 users are in the Grammar Questions group; isn't it a kind of Catch-22?

Good point zhenlijiang. Will post to the General Discussion group.
