Internet access is currently disrupted for Wantong customers in China, ChinesePod included. This is due to a recent earthquake in the Taiwan area, which reportedly damaged the undersea fibre-optics cables that run between Asia and US. As a result, some of the ChinesePod customer management systems have been negatively impacted. If you are experiencing any difficulties with your accounts, please contact our support team on support@praxislanguage.com and we will try to help you as best we can. Customers who may be affected include: -New Guided subcribers - we are temporarily unable to process your account to set-up your program and assign your teacher to you. -New Premium (12-month) subscribers - your upgrade to Guided, as part of the August promotion, temporarily cannot be processed. For me, it takes 40 to 60 secondes to pass from page to page. That's very effective to put somebody off.
