From what I have seen, there are, probably, five huge Chinese populations in North America. The Bay Area is certainly one of them and offers hundreds of fabulous Chinese restaurants. Come share your best restaurant tips, menu translations, recipes, and sources for hard-to-find ingredients. Oh, and practice our Chinese conversation, help each other with CPod lessons, and all-around motivate each other.
