Hi! you are correct, Mandarin is a language that is spoken in many regions, and each region has their own particular accent. I am not quite sure whether you mean to write zhèr instead of jèr. In regards to zhè and  jèr (which it's pinyin is spelled zhèr) , both actually have different meanings. For example zhè  means this, and zhèr means here. When you want to say "this", you can say zhè, when you want to say "here" you can say  zhèr. And great job on writing down the number correctly! And about the price of the suit, well, I hope is not true. Have a good day, enjoy your Chinese Learning!

Hi! The zheng in  "正月" is first tone, but when 正 stands by itself is fourth tone. Thank you so much for your comment.

Hi! You are correct "旗袍" is a traditional Chinese dress. In modern day there are different variations of it, including a single top. But the formal and traditional way of a 旗袍 is the complete dress. Thank you for your comment!

Hi Llorente, you are correct! zhei and nei are a variation of zhe/na. However zhei and nei are more colloquial, and is not recommended to use them in formal settings.

Hi! yes you are correct! "脸色” means color of your face or complexion. "色" in the idiom you brought up (察言观色) also means complexion. And "就" has many meanings, "just"  is only one of them. Thank you so much for your comment!
