June 22, 2020, 06:07 PMI'm really excited that you guys are doing lessons teaching via mandopop! This was a great lesson, just two things that I would request. One, this seems a little hard for a Newbie. It has a ton of new vocabulary which would be really overwhelming for me if I was a Newbie. It feels more like an Elementary (maybe Pre-Intermediate?). The other thing is, the dialogue doesn't have all the lyrics! I am a visual learner, so it helps me learn better if everything is written down. I can google the lyrics, but it would be very helpful if all the lines that are discussed were included in the dialogue.

June 15, 2020, 06:46 PMThis was a great lesson! I especially enjoyed the explanation of why it is up to the toilet and down to the kitchen in Mandarin. Those kind of explanations of why certain language is used is one of my favorite aspects of Chinesepod. Knowing why helps me remember the usage better!

April 11, 2020, 03:26 AMI really appreciate the topic of this lesson and hope that there are more COVID-19 lessons in the pipeline! I agree that this was hard for an elementary lesson and feels like it should be more at a pre-intermediate level. But I appreciate the lesson nonetheless and it felt like it had very authentic expressions.

August 30, 2017, 11:12 PMI normally watch/listen to lessons in the app. I was really excited to hear that this series would point you to previously produced ChinesePod lessons that practice the same language points. I think that's a great idea. I've found these suggested lessons on the website, but they don't show up on the app. Are you guys planning to add the feature of the suggested additional lessons into the app?

June 28, 2020, 09:34 PMThanks for adding all the lyrics to the dialogue! Also I'm glad to see it was bumped up to an Intermediate lesson. That seems like an appropriate level for what it is. I look forward to more Mandopop lessons at any level!
