I was introduced to QQ by one of my good friends from Liuyang, Hunan China. After getting help downloading QQ from my friend, I have been able to meet most of my Chinese friends using QQ. Most of the Chinese people that I have met on QQ are amazed that I am an American using QQ and wonder how on earth I was introduced to it. Surely I am not the only caucasian using QQ? Hello all. I have read some messages concerning the price to join ChinesePod. Today is my first day using ChinesePod and I am already impressed with the site. I am taking a Chinese class at a local college here in Las Vegas, Nevada USA. I see from one message that this site is less than 65 cents a day. That is a bargin. But may I suggest for the beginners that the site be free. That way when a beginner starts learning and wishes to advance more with the site they would be more willing to pay for the service to advance themselves. What do you think of this suggestion? I would welcome your response. XieXie Brad
