a question with respect to the expansion:

should not

"We do not work today" be: 我们今天不上班?

or can you leave 们out?

one question with respect to questions: in the expansion section there is the following question: 你只买了一瓶啤酒？ (You only bought one bottle of beer?) How do you know it is a question; I thought you need a word that indicates the question like "ma5" thx in advance for your help.
