April 19, 2008 at 5:07 PMHi everybody, have you ever tried frut salad with fish? i have done it once and it was delicious. i know it may sound a bit odd but i guarantee it works. you just have to steam the fish. for example try with some squids of small cuttle fish. cut them in slices and steam them not for long. they don't have to be too soft- you have to feel the fish under your teeth, say:al dente. i have done that with strawberries! hen hao chi!
