My absolute favorite 川菜 is 四季豆, also known as four spiced beans... they are fantastic! One of the spices included in the four is 花椒

I tried adding a picture, but it didn't work! Not technologically inclined!

除了豆腐， could you recommend some good 中国菜 for a fellow 素食者? 

I'm in Guizhou province and seem to be limited to 胡萝卜, 土豆 , 都米, and 白菜! I would love to try something new!

Can you use 大概 in the same way as 左右 if you put it before the amount of time? Are they interchangeable?

For example: 一个小时左右

大概一个小时
