I love the poetry lessons but the music intro is not in tune with the content - how about something more contemplative?

I've lived in Shanghai for three years and only got one fake note - a 50 rmb bill passed to me by an independent (dark blue taxi) taxi driver.

Every businessperson in China knows this sort of thing happens everyday here. It's all kept pretty hush hush however. Buyers beware!

Those of us that are strict vegetarians would appreciate a lesson on how to explain that we want something without ANY meat, meat juice, or other misc animal parts. This seems like such a difficult concept to get across in mainland China.
