August 3, 2009 at 8:32 AMI have a question about the word shopping 血拼.
Should it be pronounced xuèpīn or xiěpīn?
I can only find xuèpīn in the dictionary, but in the PDF you use xiěpīn.

June 19, 2009 at 8:54 AMI am not sure about the last sentence. I might have translated it incorrectly.
Perhaps it should be 奢侈 shēchǐ (luxury) or something?

这倒是, 除了眼睛什么都看不到.
Zhe daoshi, chule yanjing shenme dou kanbudao.
That's true, you can't see anything but the eyes.
...
这可惜, 物价太高了,. 否则我们都玩儿几天.
Ai, zhe kexi, wujia tai gao le. Fouze women dou wanr ji tian.
It's too bad, prices are too high. Otherwise we could have had a few days of fun.
算了吧! 我们哪有钱去社区啊.
Suan le ba! woman na you qian qu shequ a.
Forget it! Where would we get money to go to the community.

October 31, 2008 at 7:38 AMI have learned that 不 and 一 are pronounced with the second tone before a forth tone, for example yígòng, yíyàng and búshì. Is this correct?
The dialogue pinyin is always written yi1 and bù. It would be a lot easier to get the tones right if you could change this in the dialogues.

July 13, 2008 at 10:05 AMI think it's great that the lessons are shorter now. A dialogue no longer than two PDF-pages is enough in Intermediate.

August 4, 2009 at 4:51 PMThanks shenyajin!
Thanks for the link orangina!
In the lesson Just a Flesh Wound Jenny said that the most common pronunciation for blood is xuě. I guess it is the same for 血拼 (xuěpīn) then.
