July 16, 2009 at 12:22 AMWjefferys and Dunderklumpen: Thank you!
I agree! We can say that "dou1 - all" in the context is to emphasize, to say "all-without exception".
Thank you both, again.

July 15, 2009 at 6:26 PMI’m a “ Newbie”, but sometimes I like to study “Elementary level” and here I have one doubt.
In the “ Expansion” of this lesson dedicated to 練習 we have the sentence:
“他每天都要練習一個小時。”
"He needs to practice one hour per day."
Why to use “都 - all” after “每天 – every day”.
Someone help me?

Thank you very much! 謝謝您!
