May 7, 2012 at 2:29 AMLast week I instituted a new rule in my class. Students cannot put more than ten words on each slide. Amazing difference in the presenations. Great lesson and timely for me.

November 29, 2011 at 6:01 AMJust to echo your conversation a bit, I am reminded of an article I read last year about how technology (texts, chat sites, etc.) has led to a high rate of "tibiwangzi" (提笔忘字) incidents amongst young people.
