I was served bird's nest soup in Thailand.  The taste was good.  when you spoon it up it looks like saliva hanging from your spoon.  I didn't order it but thought I would give it a try.  I don't think I would order it again. Brent

In 2004 I went to a hospital in Xian. 7 stories. It summer and it had no airconditioning. It was hot very hot. The patient floors had bars and the patients were locked in. The nurse wouldn't let me in to see. Being in medicine I was interested. I don't know how patients can stand the heat and be sick.
