Unless you are literally catching fish with your hands, we don't use 抓/zhua1 in the context of fishing (although it does mean to catch) . The most common verb to use is 钓/diao4, which literally means to use a hook to hoist something which describes using a  fishing rod to fish. 'I have caught a fish' is 我钓到鱼了/wo3 diao4 dao4 yu2 le/.  到 here means you have taken something into your possession. For example, 我赚到很多钱/ wo3 zhuan4 dao4 hen3 duo1 qian2/ I have made a lot of money or 我学到很多东西/wo3 xue2 dao4 hen3 duo1 dong1 xi/I have learnt a lot.
