]]> <![CDATA[By: JasonSch]]> The dialect lessons will be series that come one at a time. The first one is Shanghainese and there are about a dozen lessons planned. (1 a week) After that, we'll move on to a new series on a different dialect. (I'm not sure which one yet though!)

]]> <![CDATA[By: thinkabroad]]> Hello Lily and all other ChinesePod people!  It was a pleasure to get some additional details about Lily in this podcast.  Those 10 minute sessions go by so fast!  Lily, thanks for your patience, energy and fun spirit!  For me at 6:15 a.m., it's not that easy to speak Mandarin Chinese.  Additionally, when my kids are singing and talking to me in the background, that does not help the situation either.  When they are loud and trying to get my attention, you always laugh and say that they are so cute then get right back into the lesson... You are an amazing teacher and I appreciate your skill and focused- attention.  That said, I look forward to our year of classes and life-long friendship!  明天见

Lily definitely balances compassion and a disciplined approach with keeping her students on track. 

From my experience working parents with young children simply don't have the cycles that full time students often do (whether they realize it or not)...Lily keeps us moving forward!
