You could call a patio/outdoor seating area a 露台 (lùtái) or you could just describe a 咖啡厅/咖啡馆 as having a place where you can 坐外面 (zuòwàimian)。

If it is European coffee you want you will find that Illy has a sizeable presence in China including with a Chinese chain of coffee shops, at least where I live. They make Italian style coffee. Proper coffee; nothing like Starbucks. ;-)

It comes with a package of those little gelatine balls you get in Taiwanese tea; I went vegetarian and left out the little balls. It's really hard to get hold of good chinese tea abroad. At the moment I have Yupin TieGuanYin, but it ages really quickly - after a while, the tea starts to smell like fish! Not great.
