Pronouns


Pronouns are words that take the place of nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, or number words. Depending on their function, they can be divided into three main categories:

  1. Personal Pronouns: stand in for people or things.

  2. Demonstrative Pronouns: differentiate people or things.
