Around 2:53 into the lesson on Job Shopping in Modern China, Jenny says something about 散伙饭.

The part of the sentence I am having trouble with is here:

就是比如说在奇功做的同事，啊，或者在......(qi? zuo?) 生意的人，升级了时候，
