I know this group is for characters only, but I don't know how to say what I want in Chinese. I am worried about your use of 用不超过. Isn't this a negative potential complement? I thought these were used to indicate inherent inability by the 'doer', and could not be used as a command. But I may be wrong. I'm not sure.
