Please fix iPhone app problems!

What's the deal?

Why haven't you guys done something to improve on the current application? Anytime I select "dialogue," the app crashes. I paid for a more expensive package in order to have access to the app, what a waste of money!

well to be honest, I dont think we can complain about the price. But I agree with U its quite frustrating they obviously don't interact with the community about any technical problems.

Some weeks ago I reported a serious bug in the android app (synchronisation with a different account without having his/her credentials) but the technical group werent really interested to investigate.

Further on flashcard synchronisation doesnt work at all. It looks as there are two databases for the same thing as my vocabs on the phone contain all vocabs I ever stored (means even I deleted them in the meantime already).

Haha I just clicked the link 'General Interest' on top of your posting and get redirected "Sorry! This page doesn't exist.". That perfectly shows their technical ressources.

Just in case someone wants to fix at least this issue:

Hi tmanvandy,

Does it crash on any lesson when you select dialogue, or specific lessons? In any case, can you send along the names of a couple lessons on which it crashes. This isn't a widespread problem (we can't recreate it locally, at least, and we've not gotten other reports of it as far as I know), so I expect it's either an issue with data in certain lessons, or your install of the app. With some lesson names, we can help rule out the first. 

To help with the second, try logging out and logging back in (this clears the cache, in case some bad cached data is causing the problem). If it still occurs, then try deleting the app and installing it again. 

Also, what device and OS version are you using?

Thanks for the additional information -- it will make fixing your problem a lot easier.
