I've only been on the site for a few days and listened to elemenatary, intermediate and upper intermediate.  I've found that upper intermediate really pushes me, I can't understand very easily what is being discussed.  They speak really fast and the lessons are long.  But intermediate is too simple for me, dialogues are short and much slower.  I need to be able to move from the intermediate level to the upper but I'm having trouble finding middle ground to get me there.  Maybe some upper intermediate words and usage that have shorter dialogues?  I find longer dialogues just kinda zone me out and everying begins sounding like Charlie Brown school teachers.

Why don't you focus on the Review podcasts for each lesson. That way you could listen to single sentences instead of long dialogs.
