I just assigned for a guided course.

 

When and how do I talk to a teacher for the online conversations?

I can't find any information.

Hi Marleen,

Thanks so much for signing-up with us! As Account Service Manager at ChinesePod, I'll be dealing with your subscription.

My colleague Ivy will be in touch with you shortly to conduct a Spoken Placement Test (SPT) to assess your speaking-level, as well as request your desired class-times.

She will then pass those information through to me to schedule your class within 2-3 days.

I'll drop all this in a personal email to you, just so that you also have my contact details. So you can liaise with me directly.
