Basic subscription

I Subscribed to a 1 month basic subscription because i read that i had access to all the lessons, but i don't have access to the "dialogue", "vocabulary", "expansion", "exercises" sections, but only the audio, in all the lessons, except for the 0002 "what's your name ?" newbie lesson where i have access to everything ... is that normal ?

I just want to confirm that Cinnamonfern is correct. The Basic subscription gives users access to the Lesson MP3 and downloadable transcript, but the additional materials are part of the Premium package.
The Newbie lesson you mention is part of our free trial course, which might be why you have access to all of that lesson's materials.

November 01, 2011, 01:06 PMHi Lambiere! With a basic subscription you don't have access to the online review tools or the downloadable audio review. So you won't be able to access the different sections which you mentioned above. If you want access to these features you need to upgrade to a Premium subscription. I think that you can do this at any time - they will use your current balance as a credit toward the new subscription.
I have had a Premium subscription for over three years and I really like it - especially for the downloadable audio review and the ability to save and export vocabulary from the lessons.
