Request a Time/Booking/Meeting

I would like to write a letter to a Chinese parent requesting a time at a Parent-Teacher meeting.

The evening has already been arranged (by the school), booking is done by parents online, but this particular parent has not yet booked and I would like her to do so due to concerns with the child's progress.

I just don't know what word to use. In English, do I request a meeting/time/booking/....? What is the most appropriate Chinese word here? I'm guessing that 开会 is not what I want to use.

Precisely what I want to say:

"Could I request that you book a time to see me via the online booking system" (given that I have already discussed the parent-teacher meeting in general).

"Could I request that you book a time to see me via the online booking system" could be translated as 请通过在线预约系统和我约定一个碰面/见面时间。

Thanks for that. Unfortunately I had to send the email a few days ago, so I guess I embarrassed myself.
