Conversation icebreakers and games

As an elementary/intermediate student, I find the prospect of freeflowing conversation to be a bit intimidating. Despite studying for 6 months, when it comes to putting my knowledge to the test, sometimes I just freeze and not know what to say or ask.

I've been trying to think of icebreakers and games to focus the conversation on a particular subject or sentence pattern. So far, I've come up with "I Spy" and "20 Questions."

What about you guys? What do you find is the best way to practice your conversation skills (particularly when you have a limited vocabulary)?
