On the job listing for my company in China, I noticed they very often add 好工作 (hǎo gōngzuò) along with the job title, e.g. 医药代表 好工作 (yīyào dàibǐao) medical sales rep. They do in on both the Chinese and English versions, e.g. Senior Officer, Finished Goods Management-高级主任,成品管理 (gāojí zhǔrèn, chéngpǐn guǎnlǐ) Good job is waiting for you!

不知道,中国公司招聘的时候都怎么做?

招聘 (zhāopìn) invite applications for a job

在别的职位描述里面,我发现了这“…专兼职均可”! 是通常的‘要求’吗? If I get this right, it means 'concurrent post/job possible' (found in another job posting). Is this normal practice? 职位 zhíwèi n. position 描述 miáoshù n. description 兼职 jiānzhí v.o. hold two or more posts concurrently 均可 jūnkě f.e. all/also can

专职 is full-time position and 兼职 is part-time one. So 专兼职均可 means you can apply this position for either Full-time or Part-time.
