In fact, she doesn't say 突出来 as in the subtitle but 吊出来 (掉出来 would be too excessive in the context here).

Actually, part of the game is to guess the name of the movie. But, this one may be difficult if you don't know some of the Hong Kong actresses.

It's 爱斗大 and the original title is 愛鬥大(with the fighting 鬥).

主演：  江若琳 & 文咏珊

PS: MM#8, MM#7 and MM#6 come from the same movie.
