Change the "My Lessons" feeds

Hallo and Nimen hao!

Can anyone tell me how I can change the amount of lessons that are suggested to me over time. I don't use iTunes and want to minimize the flood of lessons that come in "My Lessons" section.

On the "Me" page on the right in the My Personal RSS Lesson Feed section click on settings and help. Click or unclick the radio buttons that will appear. This will control both your RSS feed and the my page lessons that appear.

sinolog - one other way - go to lessons tab and then the channels tab. On each "channel" it will say whether or not you are "subscribed" and you can click the word "change" which is in red and toggle back and forth between subscribed for that particlular channel (such as elementary or intermediate etc)  or unsubscribed for the same.
