To inform someone that the document he has to send can use alphabetic letters and chinese characters, can I say :

文件适合用字母和汉字

or should I be more specific :

文件适合用字母系統和汉字系統

Is it possible to use a 把 construction with this sort of sentence ?

文件适合把字母或者汉字说明
