I just want to say thanks John, tech team, and all the staff who had a hand in the recent upgrades.  I echo a recent post by Tvan, that this is the most useful upgrade to date, in how it will improve our studies on Cpod.

I know we often bitch and moan and complain about things, but this is a testament to the quality of Cpod and in the responsiveness of the staff.  If you were like most companies, who are unresponsive to their customers needs, we wouldn't be nearly as vocal (we would just leave).  But because you listen, and because you want to make your product better, we tell you what we want (even if it's ruthless at times...i.e. the radical show).  Cpod is the best on the internet, and it's partly because we give feedback (bitch!) and you listen.

If only more businesses treated their customers like you do.  Anyway, just wanted to say your hard work is very much appreciated.

I'm just loving the ability to hide the english translation, but also being then able to click on each individual sentence for the translation when I'm ready [rather than more laboriously having to go back and change settings].Perfect.Thanks so much for all your hard work John and the rest of the CPod team.Give yourselves a big pat on the back, breathe a sigh of relief that it's all working and go out and celebrate.Gotta let your hair down after a great effort like that.Ganbei !!

I have been using Chinesepod for a little more than a year now, but I haven't been inspired to post until now. Like babardwan, I love it that I can see the English translation of the dialogue but can still hide it when I want to test my comprehension. Improvements like this make it easy for me to shell out money for the Premium account.

(Even though I sound like an advertisement, I swear that this comment is genuine :) )
