Need a Lesson Recommendation

So I'm meeting my girlfriend's parents for the first time in a few months and they don't speak much English, and I don't speak much Chinese.  Does anyone recommend a good lesson on here that can cover some basic things to talk about with parents?  I know basic hellos and greetings but I'd like to know a few more questions and dialogue.

Thanks a bunch,

Brian

you might try some of the food lessons about things you like to eat or drink.  If you don't want to drink alcohol, and your girlfriend's father invites you to drink, you'd better be prepared with an answer that you can live with.

Also, I'd suggest bringing something to their house for that first meeting, and learning how to say "I brought you a little gift".  Bring fruit; it's easy to get, and everybody likes it and its safe.  Learn how to say the fruit you bring.

Just some thoughts.  Hope that helps.
