Hi guys I need your help...

I'm a newbie & I just joined ChinesePod & I'm very excited about learning Mandarin especially now that I've moved to Beijing but I'm experiencing some difficulties in getting started.

I've read the FAQ & followed each step, bookmarked the lessons, copied the RSS feed link into the itunes box and everything was loaded successfully but for some strange reason when I try to syncronize it to my ipod it doesn't appear..?

I need to know which lessons are free during the 7 day trial period as I'm guessing this might be the problem...?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi Soulcour -

Welcome to ChinesePod! I'm sorry to hear you're having a few problems getting started.

All lessons are available during the trial so you don't need to worry about restrictions in that regard. I am not too good with the technical side of things, however, so it's best to contact the customer support team for advice on this. We have 24-hour support so you can do this any time.

Either send them a message through 'Live Chat' (green box located on the Help page) or send an email to support@praxislanguage.com.

Please let me know how you get on.

Hi,

Acutally the problem has nothing to do with the 7-day trial. You can access to all the files in our lesson archives within 7 days. Please try to renew the itunes software and see if things work.

Thanks
