Complain - ChinesePod in Shanghai

ChinesePod seems to be made only for people living outside of China. Here from Shanghai the downloads are slow to not possible at all, the registration to the forum seems to be banned, no response to contact emails...

Do you guys have a customer service or just bla bla? Still haven't heard from anybody desptite another attempt of contact yesterday.
