So, if I try to use “排练”， 可以说， “我得排练我的中文对话”?

“排练” 一般是 排练“节目”，要表演。“我得排练我的中文对话”有点奇怪。

“Páiliàn” yībān shì páiliàn“jiémù”，yào biǎoyǎn.“我得排练我的中文对话”yǒudiǎn qíguài.

谢谢。 I agree, "practice" is probably more common.  In english we might say "I rehearsed the dialog." or "I rehearsed my lines", but that implies you are practicing for a performance or presentation.
