Does anyone else have problems getting answers to simple questions on Chinesepod? I have been waiting a week on some simple questions.

Hi Seamuseen, 

We strive to answer all user requests within one business day during the work week (and even within the same day if we receive it while here at the office). Sometimes though it may take a little longer if the question is submitted before the weekend. This can take a little longer if it is a holiday like last weekend. 

I see though that we did answer your last question about finding the PDF for the "I'm Hot" lesson, however we did not receive another question from you. Perhaps our emails are not finding you properly? 

At any rate, the link for the PDF file can be found in the "Lesson Review Downloads" area just below the lesson player. Currently the PDF can not be accessed over the network on an Iphone (though there should be some third-party applications that let you view PDFs you load yourself onto the device).
