What is the difference between 对. . . 来说 and 拿 . . . 来说?

I always think of 对. . . 来说 as "speaking of . . ." or perhaps "as for . . .", and I think of 拿. . . 来说 as "take . . . for example". Am I right here? Do I have them switched around?

没有机会练中文.//没有机会说中文。

拿……来说：表示从某个方面提出话题；as give a topic about sth.sometimes it is an example. 拿A来说，next talk about "A",it is the topic or the subject.
