Whoa! Bazza, this is awesome! I am going to study it, as there are a few of these terms I really need to memorize... Thanks for sharing this.

Can someone confirm that 'zhāntiē' is definitely the correct pronunication for 粘贴 (Paste). Some dictionaries say 'niántiē'.

Bazza, as posted in the Forum: zhān is correct. 粘 zhān is the *verb* (to stick) 粘 nián is either the *adjective* (sticky) or describes the corresponding state (sticks)

The search thing works pretty well, never thought I'd be able to find this again. The layout is a bit messed up now though.

Wow, thank you bazza for sharing this. It's very useful.

henning is right, when 粘贴refer to a verb is zhan1tie1. ^_^ But to be honest, many chinese people pronounce it as nian1tie1.

Hi john, you just outed yourself as not having followed the Forum... :) That is a treasure chest of Chinese-related knowledge where you can get even the most obscure vocab translated.

Hi Bazza, you did something really useful, I will save this page for any future need.

I think you've already read my thanks of a couple of days ago, at any rate,  thank you again (by the way, how can I say it in Chinese? 再谢谢?? or what?).

I'm wondering how do you you get the images of the menus?

At the risk to look pretentious.... It's only missing the menu (is it a "context menu? or what?) that appears when you right-click over a link, like those you can see in the "Lesson Review Downloads" section.... they should sound something like open in new window, open in new tab etc.. etc..) thank in advance to anyone could tell.

P.S.: pheraps it should be useful and possible to organize something like a "conversion table" in which we can put all these terms in different languages, at least those present in the Praxis Language courses? What do you think about it?

To get the images of the menus you just use the 'Prt Sc' button and paste it into a image editor and crop it down.

I didn't think of the doing the right-click menu, I might do that. Problem with that though is it changes depending what you click on.

I did also do this dialogue after accidently erasing my saved passwords. ;)

Just discovered you can install both the English and Chinese version of Firefox together as long as you do a custom install and pick different installation directories. Unfortunately they won't both run at the same time though.

This is really helpful Bazza!

I wanted to point out that that following web page may be useful as well. It's the web-based translation project for Ubuntu's Firefox package.

It's a shame the edit thing has a time limit, there's probably a few old posts I like to be able to edit.
