zhe xie is two words, Chinese must be understood word by word.这 is "this",but it turn to be these by adding a “些”。so ,这些means these.
"nei zhi is that."is not right. 那(na) is that,not nei.
"na zhi"(那只) is short for “na yi zhi”（那一只）when you like to do so,and we Chinese is like to pronounce 那一只 like "neizhi" ,just like two words.
