Just few observations:

The tones of 房间 during dialogue is wrong?

On supplementary vocabulary, 预定  means to "schedule in advance." Should 预订 be more appropriate for "reservation?"

I was about to say that cuz I first heard about 假 that it's about leave or holiday, like 病假 (sick leave). Its first meaning it turned out is, "false."

But as John and Jenny would usually say, just remember as it is and don't over-analyze it.

BTW, John just said that Florida is in the south but not really "in the south." So true. ;)

Thanks for this chris. 得 lesson on that qingwen is about its post-verb use. I hope I can find something like a comprehensive lesson 不 vs 没/没有 like this:

http://chinesepod.com/lessons/negating-verbs-when-to-use-%E6%B2%A1%E6%9C%89-meiy%C7%92u-when-to-use-%E4%B8%8D-bu

But that qingwen lesson is full of really nice examples and new vocabulary for me.

谢谢!
