I'm still requesting a lesson on "ba constructions" (please please!) but second the requests for "qilai" and "le" :)

What a great lesson! The height of technology in my Chinese textbook is the cassette tape. BTW - you should have pointed out the MSN/QQ chat Chinese signoff: 88 (ba ba = bye bye)

I love it! I'm eagerly awaiting more musical/poetical/rap/rhythym ChinesePod lessons :) The rap would be a good place to practice the 又...又 construction, don't you think?

What perfect timing! We just started doing directions in my Chinese class (Integrated Chinese). Does this make the right sounds for zuo and cuo? The Z like "reD Zoo", and the C like "caTS"? Thanks!

新年快乐! This series has been great. Can I put in a request for a lesson on the ba-construction? We just started it in my Chinese class and WHOA is that a brain-bender for English speakers. Thanks!

Hi - I'm new here, but I love these tone lessons! The slo-mo really lets you hear it. The info here to hit the low point where your voice breaks a little is just perfect! I tried out speaking to my tutor with that in mind, and she said I was really getting the hang of tones. As others said, I'm looking forward to some future lessons that set the individual tones up against other tones to see how they change. P.S. - As an actual red-headed step-child I protest your opening paragraph!
