November 11, 2007, 11:11 PMcan anyone help me with two sentences in the expansion section: 你真是个书呆子 nǐ zhēn shì ge shū dāi zi and 我的男朋友是个书呆子 wǒ de nán péngyou shì ge shū dāi zi. I was surprised with the inclusion of the 'ge'. Is it essential? I assume not. Is there an implied 'yi' that's been omitted? thanks
