Right after I read that lesson I heard my wife talking to her sister about a wangba (谁不知道你姓王，王八的王。 shéi bù zhīdào nǐ xìng Wáng，wángba de Wáng。Everyone knows your name is Wang, Wang the jerk. ) Funny!

shows that it dates to at least 2003, although I think that is has been used longer in keeping with modern trends of childless couples working. From URBAN DICTIONARY
