I wouldn't mind eating French food.

But if it was my first time in China I would have to try most chinese foods. considering i always hear that

the chinese restaurants here in the US.  isn't "real" chinese food.

a great way to force you to visit HongKong.

I love Hong Kong & watch alot of HK Movies

but they speak cantonese & i think learning it is very hard, I prefer Mandarin

Yeah i agree Chinesepod is FUN & I think Ken is a good host & teacher. I enjoy chinesepod alot. The only thing i think why people do not Sign up is the HIGH cost of a upgraded Membership.

The stories / Lessons are fun. theres alot to choose from.

Ive bought several item from china off youtube

& have had Good Transactions, Wierd to think

some sellers or Buyers would limit them selves

Selling worldwide usually gets Better results

Wow its funny how many people relate to this.

I do myself ive spoken to Chinese people who keep Talking English even daily Phrases & im like speak Chinese to me, some compliment me to early to

& im like you haven't heard me speak some phrases

yet, I sometimes throw an Idiom at em

then they have a surprised look on their face & then ask me something in Chinese, shen ma?wo bu ming bai, oh yes ive gotten that(chinese is difficult for you) then i say - xi huan dan shi shou hao putonghua hen nan = I like it But speaking good Mandarin is difficult.

I see theres talk of traditional characters

Vs. simplfied, well i have a little trick for that when typing. also there Not really harder to learn its just that once you learn a simplified your use to it &

prefer it to be used/ see it All the time.

The "sqaures" will give people away when they paste & copy

iwasnt sure about hui & neng

I know  sentences but always used

hui.  and just really never came across

them back to back

interesting Lesson i had No idea where it come from, I never seen any chinese people do it.

or in Movies. also i dont see people in the streets in the US do it either. it kind of a kids game

so that might explain it.

Good lesson though.
