Subscriptions can be purchased by international credit card or by PayPal and will automatically recur until cancelled. Subscriptions purchased from a mobile app store (e.g. Google Play Store) are also valid across other devices.
Yes. If you wish to cancel your reoccurring subscription, simply visit the "Settings" section of your account

Yes. The lesson credits are valid only for booking lessons within that certain month. Therefore, unused credits will not roll over or be extended. Please try to use all the purchased credits before the monthly subscription ends.
A lesson request will expire in 24 hours or at the requested lesson time, whichever condition is met first. Teachers are supposed to respond within 24 hours. The credit will be charged only when the teacher confirms the request.
Yes. You can remove the lesson request before the teacher confirms it.
Yes.
A lesson needs to be canceled at least 8 hours in advance for credit return. A credit should be returned automatically by the system if the cancellation is successful. If a lesson is booked last minute (within 8 hours) and it is confirmed, it can not be canceled.
The 8-hour cancellation policy also applies to our teachers. When a teacher successfully cancels a lesson 8 hours in advance, the credit for that lesson will be automatically returned to the student's account.
This is a very rare scenario. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happen.
The teacher will reach out to you on our website to confirm lesson details. Add the teacher on Skype before lesson. Please let the teacher know what you would like to work on so that he/she can prepare ahead of time.
